c) No course in charge of the same school or instructor while attending school may be taken in excess of three courses
C. Integrated master’s and doctoral degrees
a) Credits required for graduation
- 60 credits, 2 credits for major research, 2 credits for major research, and 2 credits for major research
b) The curriculum system
- Compulsory completion of four mandatory subjects (Microeconomics I, II, Macroeconomics I, II)
No course in charge of the same school or instructor while attending school shall be taken in excess of six courses
※ The prerequisite course is a course designated by the department after a faculty meeting in order to compensate for the lack of basic knowledge about the current major due to the difference in subject content in the case of master and doctoral students, foreign universities (graduates), and special and specialized graduate schools who have entered different majors (departments) in the lower course. Exceptions are made for minor majors, double majors, or similar majors

– Ph.D.: Microeconomics I, Macroeconomics I, Econometrics I
– Master’s and Doctor’s Integration Course: Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Econometrics, Economic Mathematics, Monetary Finance Theory
※ Sub-course major is not recognized as a credit for this course
– When a Ph.D. student takes a master’s degree course, credits are not recognized
– Grades are not recognized when a graduate student takes an undergraduate course
※ The upper limit of credits for courses opened by other departments is 9 credits for master’s degree programs, 12 credits for doctoral programs, and 18 credits for master’s and doctoral integration courses.
※ Those who wish to take courses from other domestic and foreign graduate schools in an agreement with this graduate school must obtain approval from the head of the relevant department and permission from the head of both graduate schools, and can apply for 6 credits per semester, 9 credits for master’s and doctoral courses, and up to 12 credits for master’s and doctoral courses.
A. Master’s program
a) Qualifications to submit papers
i) Those who have completed or are expected to complete a master’s degree program in this graduate school
ii) A person who has passed the qualification exam for submitting a master’s degree thesis
iii) A person who has not exceeded the deadline for submitting a thesis
iv) A person who meets the individual requirements required by each department’s internal regulations
v) A person who has completed the research ethics and thesis preparation law and submitted a research ethics pledge
vi) A person who checks the similarity of the thesis and submits the result report through the thesis guidance inspection system
b) Paper Submission Procedures
· A person who meets the price for submitting a master’s degree thesis shall submit the following documents to the graduate school in accordance with the academic schedule.
– Degree Paper Submission Approval – Part 1
– Master’s degree claim paper (for preliminary review, submitted to the Economic Research Institute) – Part 3
– Certificate of Undergraduate Graduation and Master’s Course Transcripts – Part 1 each
– Acknowledgement of Research Performance – Part 1
B. Ph.D. program
a) Qualifications to submit papers
i) Those who have completed or are expected to complete a master’s degree program in this graduate school
ii) A person who has passed the Ph.D. thesis submission qualification test
iii) A person who has published or confirmed the publication of a single paper, author, or deleted (or first author excluding professors) in domestic and international academic journals (candidates for registration of research foundation or higher). (However, if there is an exception for each category in the academic achievement evaluation criteria for the teaching achievement evaluation system, this shall apply.)
iv) A person who meets the individual requirements required by each department’s internal regulations
v) A person who has not exceeded the deadline for submitting a thesis: Provided, That where any reason arises, such as the overseas training of the supervisor, the change of status, the overseas training of the public student, the overseas study, the overseas work, or the stable fee of at least three months at a general hospital, etc., the period may be extended for up to one year, and the period of military service may be extended even if the deadline for submitting a thesis exceeds the deadline for joining the military after completion of graduate school.
vi) A person who has passed the thesis proposal examination
vii) A person who has completed a special lecture on research ethics and thesis preparation and submitted a research ethics pledge
viii) A person who checks the similarity of a thesis and submits a result report through the thesis similarity test system
